Multimedia - Day 4

Its interesting how with writing up a story for class that you have to bring in a whole new world, one which can abide by the natural law that we live in or a completely different one. The physical, social and personal rules we know of are brought about in the same or different fashion for our story. For my story, i have made an example of how my world story fits in with the rules of real life.

Worlds: Physical, Social, Personal
Physical
Being Humans, as there are only 3 shown in the story, are the dominate part in my world, besides the devil and the succubus.
Movement In the story, the movement mostly seen is human, with the walking and turning of the body. There is only natural human movement.
Survival Survival is once again based on the natural world, where one needs money to have shelter and food.
Time Time doesn't seem to really matter in my story, the only element of time that happens is the mass change, i.e 30 days later. There is no night, dust or dawn. Just the normal afternoon. But the reson for the mass change in time is due to the limited time of the story, which is around 4 mins.
Transport The only transport in my story is the elevator.
Landforms Naturally, the landforms of the city would be urban.
Colours and Sense The city, especally Melbourne, is almost dull and grey like, considering the weather is mostly overcast.
Technical There is 4 items of value in the story. The first is the briefcase that Gary carries, which is used to hold documents or other valueables needed for his office job. The second is Chris' book 'How to become a warlock' which, to anyones guess, is an instruction book for the arts on warlock spells. The thrid is the pile of money which Chris has made, in which money can be used to trade for goods and services. The last is the DVD that Chris offers Gary, which is a compact disk that can hold digital video.
Social
Class or Caste We can see in the story that there is a hierarchy of social status. Gary is a office man, with his suit, tie and briefcase. Chris is perhaps a student or a part time worker, with his casual clothes. Lastly the Goth chick, covered in black clothing and make up.
Communication Communication is mainly verbal in the story.
Type of government The natural government of Australia
Built environment

The city is an urbanised area which is kept well maintained
Social fabric The social fabric is that of 'if u don't know what it is, don't mess with it', such as with Chis and his warlock studies.
Belief The only belief that there is visable is that
Play They have fun, like any human does, except Chris who uses the succubus as a form of 'fun'
Life pattern Chris and Gary are both room-mates.
Family Chris and Gary are both room-mates. They basicaly friends who live together under the one roof.
Fashion We can tell that Gary wheres the shirt and tie for work, Chris wears casual cause he can, and the goth chick is following a fashion fad so wears dark/black clothing.
Personal (for the main part character or primary agent)
Appearance Chris is typical, the smart guy/ sencible guy who wears the more practical clothing, while Chris wears the casual clothing, being the laid back character.
Social standing Chris' character looks more like the unemployed type, the lazy kind that sociaty would tell him to do something with his life. Gary would
Aim in life
Chris' aim is to make money the easy way, while Gary is set on working for his money.
Place in the world Crhis would seem like a weird kind of person, freak or odd one. Gary would be the hard worker, disgruntled almost. The goth chick would be shunded buy society.
Strength and weaknesses Chris' flaw is that he doesn't naturally think things through. especially about summoning a succubus.
Communication Talking is naturally used.
Sensory perception The 5 human scenes, but mostly the senciblity
